During a recent ride the plastic ‘covers’ fell out of these holes on the side of my frame. Does anyone know if they’re replaceable? I wouldn’t even know how these are called so I can’t really search.

You can check the exploded drawing of your bike (Canyon website or app) and find the exact part number. Or you can check AliExpress for a similar cover, there are plenty in various sizes for cheap.
