This is such a false statement. I come from Chicago and live in Hull. Hull is so tame compared to anywhere else. I have lived here for 60 years and have been very happy.

Hulls bad only within about 1-2 miles of the city centre… it gets safer after that like all the outskirt estates… safe even though people say there not they are
