I hope Deliveroo finds value in this video, riders can take abuse for an unclear process concerning I.D. checks. Please make it easier for customers to understand what happens when they order age-restricted items, I feel like a broken record every time I deliver them!

As a customer how uses delivery apps it is very clearly marked on the screen when you order alcohol so it’s just down to the minority of customers who can’t be bothered to read what on the screen . Great video Sir

I know exactly that feeling… when everything is running smoothly and just out of the blue…that one hiccup which manages to fit in to burst the bubble! Which, even though it's probably a minor incident, it eats away the 98% of your positive experience. And you can't shrug it off that easily! Just plays around in your mind. 😬😬🥴😄😄

When i ask for ID most the time customers say other drivers dont ask for ID. Wish the delivery apps be more clear about it to customers.
