For that throttle, just clean them real good (with a cleaner safe for rubber), clean the bars, and blast them on with air or use the zip tie method/isopropyl alcohol and let dry overnight. I find dry methods to be the most efficient for a grip staying in place

Never trust a bike lock.
Had a friend go to get his bike from a rack he left it chained to. The entire rack was stolen. Like 8 bikes in one go.
