  2. That's why Gymnasts are so strict about weight, for example. But yet they still have to have that strength and power. But that's not to say she does not look good she does. She is looking great. But yes, our bodies change, facts. She is a lovely skater though, I can tell.

  4. Your knees are too weak, you need to do some weight training and jumping jacks, also you need better nutrition targeted at your, mitochondria for energy, muscles, tendons, cartilage and bone structure.

  5. I feel your pain. I went back to skating at age 48 and promptly fell and got my first concussion. Falling didn’t hurt when I was a kid. I just got up and jumped again.

  6. You're rotating to slowly. Go up rotate and check your landing. There's no snap to your jump. Former competitor and coach here. You're too chill in the air… your just crumbling on the landing.

  7. I'm 44 – it just gets more weird! My brain 100% thinks I still have all my doubles – I mean, I could do them in my sleep! Then my body gets involved 😂😂😂
