
Thanks to all your recommendations my spins are much smoother now, no more bouncing due to tire pressure – all that’s left I recon is due to my pedaling technique and not enabling my core the whole time.
Been thinking also about getting an WAHOO TRACKR and RPM sensors to have some data both on rollers and street – anyone has any experience with them on track bikes?

U clean with it
I only ever used rollers to warm up at track races. For any indoor training we’d use regular tacx wind trainers. Rollers can be nice for leg speed drills and they look cool but for interval training you’d want something that can provide more resistance.
