Outfitted my sons marlin 4 which blew the cheap Chinese air shock I put on it to become the kids cyclocross/backpack rig. Used trek verve AL fork, and surly corner bars created a new frankenbike. Will have fork mount loads, and pannier rack when done. Went full frankenbike. Corner bars feel really comfy, I was pleasantly surprised! Wrapping them; however was iffy and I don’t love the how it came out.
