I hadn’t exercised in almost 10 years. Today I woke up at 5:00 AM to go cycling.

I knew I was out of shape, but I didn’t expect my body to feel this deteriorated, even after losing 20 kg through diet. It was honestly a bit shocking to realize how much conditioning I had lost.

Still, it felt good to start. And instead of feeling discouraged, I’m actually excited to see how much I can improve from here. Day by day, pushing the limit a little further.

    Yeah! Road to getting in shape can be bumpy, but it’s great to ride that road on a bike!

    Nice!!! I always say that the best exercise is whatever gives you the power to keep consistent. Exercise is so much easier when it’s fun!

  3. Once thing I am sure of: consistency. Keep at it. Even if it is 2km, just do it. Better than doing nothing or waiting for a ‘perfect’ day/weather.

  4. Honest question, how can one not practice any physical activity for 10 years? Unless you are stuck in bed, even walking or climbing stairs would count as physical activity.

    You both look great. Which one are you? 5am cycling? Do you live in a very hot country? I live in Vietnam half the year, so I often start biking at 430am.
