Why did I laugh so hard?
The one on the bottom makes me laugh, because often times it spins so fast!
Flashbacks of me.picking up the scooter from the front yard and that traitorous thing spins around and whacks the @%!$ out of my shin.
So we DO have a working perpeteum mobile, we just can't use it for anything because it is so random…
The upper part of the pendulum is very heavy and this must affect the outcome.and I suspect the bottom part is much lighter pendulum.
