Hi guys,
I am planning to make an upgrade from my cheap Triban and searched for some used road bikes, finding two interesting options. Not being in this business for very long makes me very unsure however, which one fits better, which is why I would be super grateful for some advice about for the cost-effectiveness and the adequacy of equipment for middle-range tours in mountainous/alpine areas (size S of both bikes, which would fit I guess).
The first option would be a black CANYON Endurance CF 7 LTD from 2023 with about 7.000km and the following details. Price: 1.500€
- Carbon frame weight: 8.72 kg
- Shimano 105 RD-R7100 12-speed groupset
- Ergonomic Canyon handlebars
- Number of chainrings: 2 – 36-52
- Shimano 105 RD-R7100 front derailleur
- Shimano CS-HG710 11-34 12s cassette
- DT Swiss Endurance LN wheels
- Selle Italia saddle
The second would be Canyon Endurace CF 9.0 Di2 with about 5000km for 1.400€. Details:
Frame: Carbon CF – meteor grey – cyan
Fork: Carbon CF – meteor grey – cyan
Handlebars: Canyon H17 400 mm
Gears: Ultegra DI2 2×10
Cassette: Ultegra 32 – 11 teeth
Crankset: Stages Ultegra power meter on both sides 172.5 mm (compact 34/50) (original Ultegra crankset also available)
Wheels: DT Swiss Dicut RR21
Tyres: Continental Grand Prix 25mm NEW
Saddle: Ergon SRX3-M Carbon lightweight
Pedals: Shimano Ultegra
Bottle cage: Carbo
New tyres and brake shoes.
I would appreciate any advice, thanks a lot!

Canyon’s endurance bike is called the **Endurace**.

Why not Endurance Allroad? New with warranty and much cheaper
1st one
Disc brakes > rim brakes so definitely the CF 7.
