Which rimtape is best? My opinion it doesn’t matter as long as it’s the right size width. We use mucoff and teravail the most? Anything but gorilla tape please stop using gorilla tape it degrades and starts seeping sealant into the rim and as a major pain in the ass to remove all the sticky residue, actual rim tape peels off easily.

You can’t tell me what to do! (I will continue to use gorilla tape on cheaper alloy wheels, but I also do all my own work and won’t be taking it to a shop)
I have just used Stans…it has worked well enough for me over the years, and doesn’t leave a mess when you remove it. But every time I use it, I do have this feeling there is something better with more elasticity; it always feels awkward to muscle it taught and get it pressed since it isn’t super sticky. Using a tube to set it down (when I have the time) has also worked well.
