I bought a bike off facebook, a Mt Fury Roadmaster. The tires were completely flat, so I put air in them, but when I did, the back tire no longer moves. It's rubbing against the back metal part (I think it's called a chain stay) which I think is why it won't move. If anyone could offer any help, I would greatly appreciate it

Rear wheel is not all the way in the dropouts. Can be seen in 2nd pic. Loosen outer nuts a touch and seat the axle entirely, then tighten and check the issue again.
From the first image it also seems like the tire is rubbing against the frame, try loosening the bolts on either side of the rear tire and centering the wheel.
Real wheel is jammed against the frame and most likely isn’t on correctly (or it’s really bent)
