I would never watch these events if it weren't for your analysis and commentary. If the race organisers aren't paying you directly for advertising and expertise value-add, they should be!
I have been enjoying your commentary and analysis for years. I continue to listen and find myself nodding in agreement as I watch some of the greatest cycling of all time.
As a fellow Aussie and friend of the Brisbane Berwicks, I thank you for calling out Seb’s efforts in Oman last week.
He’s riding well with CJR. Will he get a spot in Le Tour? Fingers crossed.
You'd a thunk it calling Decathlon one of the strongest teams!!!!
I thought the snow was being blown around by the helicopter?
“He’s small he has no explosivity” is cracking me up o
Great racing… Great win for Riccatello!
I'm beginning to appreciate the jan-feb races in the desert with more camels than spectators.
Also, would love it if LR does curling commentary, with various arrows and timings and strategy talk
Appreciate the coverage for this very crisp day LR
Cham-puh-san- aaaa 🫦
But it wasn't a snowstorm. It was the blades over the helicopter
Throwing the snow around
From the trees but it doesn't make it any less hard to race. It may even make it worse.
Great coverage even in the USA
good bit of racing, beautifully explained as ever
Very surprised this crop of cotton wool riders didn’t start crying, this was nothing unusual have a look at past races when cyclists were actually tough
Rivera should have tried to jump towards the first group and drop APP
Thats not a snow storm lol, it was sunny even, just some snow here and there brought up by the wind.
Christopherson looking good, beating Wout Poels
ChamPOUssin took me out!
37 degrees celcius here in Adelaide today lol.
1:12 Hmm🤔
Well, May August ride in . . . February and March victoriously for the rest of the year!
Great highlights as always. I've done some trail running races on that mountain and even had a race cancelled because of the wind there. Must have been really tough for the riders.
Ineos….one day we will get it right, one day soon
Does anyone know the climbing times and watts from this race?
At least it's not a sports washing race
if only it was a wednesday in stoke
viking style racing
So where’s the snow storm, what a lot of bollocks.
You need a question mark [?] in your title.
LUKE ROWE TACTICAL GENIUS. Great to see the big dawg having some success
0:41 When did Roy Kent start pro cycling?
Snow ❄️ storm effects are from the helicopter 🚁
Good to see Decathlon Chumma Chuggum doing well.
C-Rod should probably have waited for Rivera. Especially given that he lost the overall by 4 seconds, which was the bonus, correct? Rivera should normally be the fastest out of those four, or he could have tried to lead out Rodriguez. on the othe hand Riccitello has almost no sprint so maybe C-Rod was feeling like he had it.
Despite some questionable technical choices on the Ineos side. With the heavy wind and snow, I wouldn't find it all too surprising if there was no radio communication.
With APP clearly having burned his matches and Rivera catching back up to him, it gave Ineos the opportunity to let Riccitello do the work. Having said that though, Carlos Rodriquez has had quite a poor 2025 season. With his last victory dating back to mid 2024, which was a season he looked like he could join the elite GC man.
With the arrival of Onley he has gone further down the pecking order at Ineos. So assisting Rivera to win the stage, noble and as a team smart. But in terms of GC prominence, it wouldn't have done him much. Own results do.
Riccitello has sprinted in the snow before on the top of Mount Lemmon.
