Sirrus 1.0 or 2.0? Can’t identify

Not sure which Specialized Sirrus model this is. All the seller knows is it's a 2020 model upgraded with fenders, a rack and Topeak Quick track bag system. They're asking $300 for it.

Would appreciate any insights on which model it is and whether it's worth the price. Thanks!
