Listed my bike up marketplace for 800 and somebody said "well bicycle blue book says its worth 350" but I don't feel thats right. What do I do, I got him up to 500 though so idk if I should push higher or nah

What is it? What size is it? What currency?
A suped up Marlin is still a Marlin. Yeah maybe a few hundred bucks.
Now i see it’s a marlin 7, nah i wouldn’t pay more than 350 on a generous day

If someone is offering you 500 for this bike take it and run
350 is a fair price. 500 is high. 800 is cray-cray.
If he’s got $500, take the money and run.
Lowest price for something similar on pink bike is how I typically guess fair price.
200 would be my best…like this it’s good for beginner but otherwise only frame I worth something and the rest is ready to upgrade…than you (or buyer) gets still a midrange-ish bike
Edit: 300 because Deore is capable (but only 10s) and your tires looks like brand new
