Not quite sure. The frame has a decal that says 1990 World Mountain Bike Championship, paint matches 1991, but the catalog says full DX, and this is all XT except the DX cantis. Stem and bars were robbed from a ‘91 RH. Came with that “Gorilla Headlock” Ruland shaft collar, which you can still [buy new](http://www.abundantadventures.com/quads.html#HEADLOCK) for $9.
Bought it for $50, crusty, rusty, and full of sand. $23 grips, $16 saddle, $14 brakes, and $12 tires. $115.
I’m measuring them at 55mm. Buy ten for $60, and they ship free from Specialized. Five sets of tires for less than the price of one set of Willy Wankers.
Will they actually ship you ten? Dunno, but the first four I ordered showed up, they accepted my order for ten more, and their inventory is showing forty left right now.

Beautiful. Had one just like it (full dx though) that I lost in a fire. Such a great bike!
