super simple to get back to 100% safe working condition.
that chain is robust, but $10 for a new one ain’t that bad of a choice, especially considering that your brakes 100% depinding on the chain not failing.
these kinds of bike can sit for decades neglected and be brought back to life in 1 afternoon.
nice find, good choice on not filling up a landfill
