I'm not sure what frame this, Could be a track frame or just a road bike frame that's been converted to track ends?, Here's what I know about this frame:
Seatpost size is 26.8,
The serial number is on the front of the headtube below the headset cup, It's "B710853".
It would be helpful to drop any ideas on this frame, That would be helpful! Thanks.

Cable routing on the nds could be indicative of something, but all I can say for certain is it’s some form of handmade track frame. Looks high quality! If you can figure out what type of dropouts it has that could be useful.
