I picked up some fenders at my local bike co-op
They don't quite fit and my local bike shop wasn't able to help.
The issue is the front fender fits but I don't know how to get the stays to stay. They just pop out of the hardware.
The back stay is just short a few centimeters so the bolts holding the stay rub just a bit on the tire.
My question is,
Where can I search to find stays or replacement stays?

Can you contact the company who made the bike directly? They may have recommendations,
If they are long enough, you could bend the stays to make a loop just like the rear fender.
