    The laws need to be
    Class A for Age 11 to 14 BEFORE Drivers Ed in School at 500 watts with pedals ONLY. 20 mph.

    The laws need to be
    Class B for Age 14 and 15 BEFORE Drivers Ed at 1000 watts with throttle AND pedals. 25 mph.

    The laws need to be
    Class C for Age 16 and AFTER Drivers Ed in School at 2000 watts or dual drive 2X 1500 watts with throttle AND pedals. 35 mph.

    Class D No pedals and 35 mph must be registered as an Age 16 Moped as restricted power version 49 cc gas scooters (Honda Ruckus, Peugeot Speedfight2, Italjet Dragster, Guilera Runner, Vespa etc).

    All no pedal dirtbike style e-motos over 3000 watts and 40 mph+ must be registered as Junior Class Age 16 Motorcycles that are banned from all State and Interstate 55, 60, 70 mph Highways unless DOT approved and over 12 KW. over 250 lbs in weight, and capable of 70 mph

    Class B, C, D Junior Motorcycle shall require liability insurance.

    Class C, D, Junior Motorcycle shall further require Plates .

    Class D and Junior Motorcycle shall require a License.

    Class A and Class B under Age 16 shall require No Fire Hazard LiFePO4 batteries.
