They seem to be a limited team edition of normal Shimano 105 SPD-SL pedals, but the very old PD-R540. Unless you find someone who is willing to pay more for them because they mean something to them or they collect something like that, I’d say they are worth about as much as other 13 year old pedals, which isn’t a lot
