Great bit of education for all of us. How far back would you have to be for him to turn 1st. I would expect at least twice to distance and he would have to clear the lane which he blocked for you as well.

A foreigner again, these people should have to take a british theory/driving test to introduce them to british roads or at least a one day course in the basics of the british highway code.Not judt drive on their exchanged foreign license or international one.

I honestly don't understand why people find it so objectionable to give way to pedestrians and cyclists while turning, other than perhaps the same attitude of pre-revolutionary French nobles in their carriages so wonderfully described by Dickens. Instead of Madame Defarge's knitted list, Mikey has his video clips of offenders.

here in Australia pedestrians and cyclists absolutely have the right of way when a vehicle is turning into a side street… but nobody seems to know this! it is an absolute failure of education. i have personally experienced many times anger from both pedestrians, cyclists and drivers who have no fucking idea how the rules work. >:(
