Yes if for no other reason than that you could use them on the next frame you get.

I’m personally a fan of carbon wheels as a major upgrade especially since it is something you can transfer to a new bike if ever you upgrade the frame as well. Outside of tires, it’s one of the more immediately noticeable upgrades you can invest in. I would just take into consideration what sort of wheel set you would want for the long term such as tubeless vs tubes and width capacity.
