I’m building a bike with a mix of Haro and Odyssey parts from different eras.
Is it worth trying to convert this old Haro Fusion pedal from 1/2 to 9/16 to fit the 3-piece crank?
Haro seems similar — but not quite the same — Fusion pedals for about USD $35-40 and I’m guessing a good pair of cro-molly spindles would cost if just as much plus the headache.

Give it a shot. I remember trying something similar and it worked for a bit but I wanna say the 1/2” are shorter in length than the 9/16”

It would be worth buying the converters for the pedals. $22 well spent for saving a vintage pair of gt pedals I had
I’m sure i did this over 20 years ago and it didn’t work, they kept coming loose. Might have been me though. Worth a try.
