Does this tire look worn out? Thinking about buying a fixie

Hi everyone,
I’m thinking about buying a fixie bike, but I don’t really know much about bicycles. The seller sent me a photo of the tire (a close-up of the tread), and I’m trying to figure out if it looks too worn out or still okay to ride.
Does this tire look like it’s in good condition, or would it need to be replaced soon? I’d appreciate any advice before I decide to buy the bike.
