Bought for 20€, stripped everything and kept only the frame.
Now running 1×11 (36T 11×46) with 27.5 wheels and Conti Double Fighters. All parts are new, even the headset. Just need a pair of pedals and it's finished.

Sweet build. Care to give complete specs? Is that 26″ frame originally? Are you running mini v brakes with brifters? I love the colorscheme. Looks rad.
Looks great! If it matters to you, you can make the stem adapter blend in a little more by just putting a stack of regular threadless spacers on the skinny part of the adapter. It really helps it look nice and doesn’t stick out as much. You may need to wrap the adapter with some tape where you are going to put the spacers, to stop them from rattling or shifting around.
