Accidentally detached these without putting in the special screw on the top of the stem. I was rushing trying to pack for Mallorca tripAnyone
know how to get the fork to reattach to the handlebars. Will probably take to a shop tomorrow.

What on earth did you «accidentally» do to get this to happen?
You need the Canyon spesific tool, or a long bolt with the correct threading and some cleverness to fix this.
