Finally get to join the rigid club

So stoked, and so much better equipped to commute to class than a 180/170mm bike. Got the friend discount from a buddy! $1k with less than 200 miles. Anyone have experience with the shimano spd eh500? The flat and clipless ones? Im aware they may be more annoying sometimes but i dont want to ride clipped in to class
