What if you can't get your lifting leg up over the other knee? That would kill me . . .
I'm in my fifties and do karate. One of our regular warm up exercises is feet soles together and gently lower knees to the floor, but I can't lower my right knee as far to the floor as my left knee. Do you have any suggestions for unlocking the hip joint on the right to even them up?
