I’ve recently got into gravel riding as a complete newbie, and I have a big organised event this Sunday and was advised tubeless is the way to go.
Rather than attempt todo it myself I took it to my local shop as honestly I just didn’t know what I was doing even though Ive watched a tonne of videos, plus I wanted to support my local shop.
I got the bike back yesterday and then today this happened, still seems to hold pressure, but I did see some bubbles.
Should I take it back to the shop or is this pretty normal for new tubeless setups?

Mhm. Not desirable but also not really something unexpected.
Is the tire pressure still OK?
It was not properly sealed. Add some sealant, put the tyre on pressure, check if it seals others placed where it leaks. Repeat till no more leaking.
