    but honestly while you’ll definitely feel the difference if you like to mess with setting and know how to setup a suspension, that money would’ve been better spent on brakes i feel

  2. It’s definitely a good fork, so there’s that. Don’t know your riding style or area, so don’t know if you need it.

  3. Yes, the Fox36 is notably better than the OEM Rockshox Recon. But maybe the Factory version is an overkill. I would have gone with the Grip Performance version for half the price and better color match. The saved $400 or so could have gotten you better rear shock ($200) and brakes ($200).

    Way better than a recon. Recon is bottom of the line OEM fork with 32 or 34 stanchions.

    If you set it up correctly it will be a huge improvement. None of those dials and capabilities matter unless you understand them though.
