I am thinking about building a midtail frame, in the style of Salsa Blackborow. Is there any rear rack that would fit two panniers next to each other – available separately? If there’s a way to avoid having to build the rack as well, that would be nice. Making the frame to fit the rack seems easier. I cannot find anything similar to Blackborow and its rack is not available. Most longtail cargo frames nowadays seem to have the rack and frame integrated.
