  2. Love both my S-Works Shivs, and my S-Works Tarmac.
Although My S-Works Venge still holds it own against the Tarmac.
Whilst they are all the ones I use for racing (depending on course profiles depends on which I use).
Training wise year round, I use a Specialized diverge that’s had the gears swapped to road ratios so that I don’t wreck the groupset and bikes on our wet, slippery, pot hole riddled winter roads.
I’ll never be as good as Remco Evenepoel, he’s a god amongst cyclists, but at least I’ve got the bikes (all be it much older versions, that I’ve built up over many years).
    Why so many bikes?
I just don’t have the heart to sell the old ones when I get new ones (I’ve still got and ride, my first ever road bike from when I was 14, that’s now almost 41 years old 😂)

  3. Dan, the handle for holding the weighing scales is the long black tube below the digital display, not the string at the top. If that string becomes frayed without someone noticing and snaps mid bike weighing, I don't think the owner of said bike will be overly impressed when it hits the floor. It can also be held by the actual handle in a bike stands clamp, for weighing multiple bikes in quick succession.

You aren't the only one to do this on this channel – let your colleagues know too – as it seems to be a common mistake on just about every cycling channel out there.

I'm not a fan of the gold 'spayed' tube and fork design, but the rest looks stunning. If offered one for free, I certainly wouldn't turn it down just because of the 'sprayed' effect.

  4. It would be so simple to have a shield around front lower aspect of rear tire. Also the wheels easily could shield the tube stems. Also the front fork could be more aerodynamic as well as it is now possible to have a single fork blade on one side only

  5. Tire is an important component to cycling tech and GCN always omit details of the tires pros are using or when they "try" to do, they say it's 28mm when it's 30mm. this is insanity

  6. note the TT bike has the old Red Rotor at the front, whereas the back and the road bike are the new rotor. Looks like that centerline xr is more aero.

  7. Brilliant bike video Dan 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 let us down with no tyre Bashan calibrater 😂😜 But potentially the lightest BIKE AND TTBike in the Pelaton 🤷🏼‍♂️
