I am a biking newbie and was offered $100 for this bike. I can’t find much on it on the Liv website but the seller said it’s a Liv Flourish. I can’t find the model of this when looking for it.
Does anyone know if this is a good beginner bike for a 5’ 103lbs woman? I don’t need it for anything fancy just a few miles riding per day in the city with slight hills.

Looks valid. It’s a cheap bike, but it’s also a cheap price if everything works well and doesn’t need service. Size looks okay, too (frame looks small enough and contact points could be adapted easily if necessary).
At least it’s not a junk bike or department store level, but a reputable brand – so cheap means perfectly usable (just a bit heavier and more maintenance heavy).
For your intended riding scenario it looks suited.
