You could probably make your own by bending a piece of metal to the desired shape. But there is no official extension made by Focus as these are designed for one (maybe two?) particular model of bike frame.

Why not just buy a normal rack in that case?

I have the same bike and haven’t had any luck strapping anything to that spot so far. The bike handles better with a little more wright on the fork, anyway.
That being said, what rims are you using? I’m looking to replace them on mine, too.
