Good bike! Ride it as much as you want, and when you know that you want something more or different, then do that too. Just be sure to be safe and have fun while doing so.

I have a similar model sitting in my living room. 1999 (?) LeMonde Buenos Aires. All Reynolds steel frame, carbon fork, Shimano 105 triple groupset. I rode it thousands of miles, but haven’t ridden it for years. But I’m probably going to bust it out when the snow is gone.
Meanwhile, I’m sourcing parts for a drop bar all-carbon ebike build.
I had the 1997 version of that which inspired my older brother to buy the exact same model you did in ‘99. The geometry is spot on, and the ride quality is courtesy of “steel is real”!
