I was wondering how to remove the thing that has the bike’s brand in front of the frame. Is it glue holding it ? How would you do it ? Do i just jam a screwdriver right behind it and figure it out ?

I see no obvious rivets holding it on, so likely adhesive. Try some gentle heat, like a hairdryer, then start to pry gently with a sharp knife, or razor.
Why are you bothering to take off the badge? Repainting the frame?
It’s adhered with double stick tape. Pull it off if you like, though I expect there will a little sun damage around that spot.
