Looks great! Never seize to be amazed by what these little bikes can carry.
Might I ask where you got the seatpost mounted carrying block? Am I correct in assuming it stops you from easily collapsing the seatpost to make the bike as compact as possible?

Great Stuff! I like this setup too, as I have a similar one. The best part really it to allow the kick stand mode
I like to fix the back bag to the seat on top to reduce wobble and I do have one backpack style front bag to be able to balance the carry (like left, sling right, backpack centered)
