This is the biggest issue with Mourinho. He bases his football on anger, frustration, extreme rivalry inside the team and against their opponents. No moral code, no sportsmanship. This may be entertaining, but this works for a very short period and made almost every team he trained implode from within. He could never stay at a club longer than 4 seasons.
