I think the answer is always “tighten to spec, apply loctite”

Threadlocker (‘loctite’ a common brand) on the bolt will do it. But be careful, when you take the bolt out it could make the washers and tools etc fall out all over the place.
Make sure you shake the threadlocker bottle first so it all gets mixed up.

Tighten it then bash the tread wit a pin so itll stay stuck for good
