This is for a Salsa Minimalist Rack, it's the part that the rack strut goes through and runs down to the frame. I have one but I need another.
Does anyone by chance have this part or a part like it? Or can anyone recall seeing something similar anywhere?
Salsa doesn't have anything, I just got off the phone with them and have been shooting emails back and forth. I have ordered and test fit the "8mm strut mount kit" from Salsa but the part that is basically this part is about 3mm too wide and I'm not getting as much purchase on the bolt as I'd like.

Is it just a spacer?
Just go to hardware store and get similar width piece
Could you make this with a 18x9mm piece of aluminum “tube” and then drill out the inside to fit your situation?
Should be an easy 3d printed part. I make stuff like that all the time. Picture of it in use? I looked at the minimalist racks (was your recalled, some were) and I see it, I just can’t see the load on it. From what I see, 3d print would be totally fine.
