  1. For judging correct size it would be helpful to have a picture of you sitting in riding position (lean lightly on wall with handlebar makes it easy to shoot).

    The frame might not be too long, but for short people (or people with shorter legs) often the big wheels are a problem if the shape of the top tube is not adapted – making an upward curve as in your case is killing your standover clearance. But if the frame fits you when riding (where it’s more important 😉) is determined more by your upper body and arm length – having good standover clearance is basically a bonus and can require some looking around for shorter people nowadays…
