I would imagine this is from the 1980s, all the old catalogs are still available at Waterford’s website if you want to peruse them. The serial number is from a Japanese factory, i might guess 1982, but i don’t know all the various Japanese factory codes

A friend had a Traveler II that I got to ride for a bit, forest green, loved it.

Looking up the aerial number it says the frame is 1957. I don’t believe they had drop bars though.
Every time I see these post of vintage bike frames, they are from giant tall people… just strange…
Why does the bottom of the frame have windows into the bracket??? Is there something missing?
