Hey all! I am not knowledgeable in bike sizing and unfortunately there aren't any bike shops near me where I can actually sit on the bike im looking to get to compare sizes.
I currently ride a 2022 Scalpel SE2 XL. I'm looking at getting an Orbea Oiz. The trouble being is that the Scalpel SE2 XL seems to sit in between the Oiz L and XL. The big difference seems to be the Oiz L is shorter in headtube and Seat tube length and stack while the Oiz XL has longer reach and wheel base.
I am an above average XC rider, and am competent in both speed and tight technical. I am 6'1". 185 lbs.
I included *rough* measurements from the jensen bike fit calculator.
I do not know what geometry specs are the most important so any guidance or help is HUGELY appreciated. What size would you guys get if you were me? Thank you!!
