Took the bike to the shop for a warranty service, came back with this. The service is in another city so I would like to see if I can fix it before bringing it back to them. Do you have any idea what might be causing it?

Is the cassete wiggling from side to side, could be loose? Maybe the driver body pawls are worn or dry?
Either way its a really faint sound and personally i wouldnt think much of it but thats just me and people would beat tf out of me for the way i (dont) care about my bike
Is the chain constantly trying to jump onto another gear?
did you apply chain lube? they probably degreased it and all the sounds it made are amplified, try adding some lube.
If if doesn’t go away I wouldn’t bother and send it back to them
