why remove it?
Just clear any Off the bead, the dried bits on the rest don’t matter
There is no easy way.
Big rubber erasers for cleaning sandpaper work great for removing sealant
There’s no reason to remove old sealant
Silica does have a sealant remover, no idea how well it works.
Use the rear wheel of another bike as a sealant grinding wheel, in a stand with an assistant pedalling the bike. Dumb, works, open to hearing less dumb ways
Pressure washer.
Did anyone else think that was a slab of salmon?
Hot soapy water and a scrub brush.

I use Squirt sealant, just wash with water will do.
Ride more. Then you just change the tyre
