Silica does have a sealant remover, no idea how well it works.

Use the rear wheel of another bike as a sealant grinding wheel, in a stand with an assistant pedalling the bike. Dumb, works, open to hearing less dumb ways

why remove it?

I use Squirt sealant, just wash with water will do.
