Im tryna change my sprocket but its connect to bottom bracket no big deal I thought until I started to unscrew it and i realized that the washer will literally not move. I heard these types of washers were put on then the other stuff was built which doesnt help at all. I just needa get this shit off Ive tried greasing it prying it with flatheads etc etc.

There should be a groove in the threads to match a groove in the washer. Make sure those are lined up and you should be able to pry or pull it off.
I gotta put a sprocket on my kids bike and this makes me want to just bring it to the bike shop.
