Heyoo a newbie here. I’ve decided to get into road cycling now and I’m currently browsing for my first ever helmet. So far Lazer Strada and Abus windback/stormchaser have got my attention. Any thoughts on these helmets by any chance or should I go for something else? Thanks 🫶

They do look quite nice! A couple of mates ride with the Lazer helmet, they like it too. Depends on what you’re looking for (gonna guess for good looks too given the sub). Because whether it looks good also largely depends on how they fit your head shape – and of course, that also relates to a safety aspect.
Best to see if you can try them on or at least order from somewhere you may be able to exchange ore return.
If it helps make the decision Abus are run by a bunch of weirdo Christians who believe the women in their ‘family business’ shouldn’t have the same rights to the business and have to sign waiver forms (allegedly)
Looks wise, Im not a fan of Lazer helmet shape. They are terrible. Make your head looks like a mushroom 🍄🟫
Own the Lazer Strada, verry hap with it. I’ve got a more oval head shape and these fit great, plus I prefer the adjustment system over most in this price range.
