  2. This was a helpful overview; looking forward to Part II. As follow up, I have read that residents of Alsace have a unique health insurance system that sounds like it has some advantages over living in other parts of France. One lingering question I have about Strasbourg is how climate change might impact the area in terms of heatwaves and water availability. I'm also curious as to why Strasbourg apparently has a relatively large number of Americans (at least for smaller French cities outside of Paris); do these expats tend to be associated with international organizations involved in EU politics?

  3. I am enjoying these videos a great deal I am planning my scouting trips to include five cities in France including Strasbourg which is currently my number one on the list so far.
