I never checked the torque of these bolts after canyon assembled the crank in 2020. Yesterday the crank simply fell apart damaging my frame; the small ring broke in the process.
Is this my fault never checking the bolts for 7.500 km or should’ve canyon used loctite on these vital bolts? I’m contemplating whether to write canyon about it.
